OPRAH WINFREY VISITS DENMARK

A simple life and a strong social system make Denmark one of the best places on earth to live, according to American talk show star Oprah Winfrey.

During the recent congress of the International Olympic Committee in Copenhagen on the 1st – 9th of October 2009, American talk show star Oprah Winfrey visited the Danish Capital Copenhagen to have a closer look at the lives of the Danish people and, in particular, to address the Danes themselves and ask them about their own opinion about Danish core values such as, free education and healthcare, a strong social system and general simplistic lifestyle.

Based on recent scientific research stating that Danes top the list as the happiest people on earth Oprah went to Copenhagen to see with her own eyes how Danes get along being so happy, even with one of the highest tax-pressures in the world.
